The shot below was rejected for Oversharpen and JPG compression artefacts.
JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

Is it possible that this once-in-a-lifetime chance shot will be accepted?

Crop 2428x1755pix from original shot 5472x3648pix image,
      Adjusted brightness and contrast.
Also, the saturation of blue is slightly reduced.
      And finally compressed to 1024x740pix.

      Thank you for your advice.

I am not a screener but I think you are going to have a major issue with the compression .. they sky is heavily compressed without even equalizing. I would say it's a personal collection image.

I don't think the sharpening is really an issue for that type of shot, and the 'compression' is more likely just the noise being more visible from the crop. A better edit might yield better results, but I couldn't promise.

Can you think of a way to convert the original image to TIFF or BMP ..., lightly adjust it, reduce it, and finally cut it out to 1280pix?
Can JPG compression artifacts be reduced to some extent?

                  Mr.dlowwa、
                  I understood.
After all, the contrast is difficult without sunlight.
                  Thank you.

Sometimes, too much or too little contrast = bad weather

I fixed this as follows, would it be acceptable?

Contrast a bit weak, but otherwise ok for me.

                              No, quality is quite poor.
