No, contrast is very washed out. Would have been an overprocessed rejection as well for me because of how badly the shadows are washed out.

50/50, but I'd go with Ramp myself.

It's was pre-screened here with overexposed/borderline contrast feedback only but it got rejected by 3 different reasons that any of previously accepted pictures of that session had...

Centering, yeah maybe, but that's a matter of taste. Softness..the same. Ok for me, but I guess might be considered somewhat soft.

Don't see any issues with heat haze.

Try a different version with the aircraft a bit higher and some sharpening and should be ok.
