      No idea how noise reduction would help softness, and the effect of sharpening would depend on the quality of the original.

                      In general? It would depend on what is causing the issues in the first place. Is equipment (lens) related? Weather? Editing? Too many possible factors, but as always, it's usually better to avoid the problem at first than try to fix it later.

                                Hello, I went to spot this airplane once again, this is the best shot I got of it, it’s looking quite good and detailed in higher res, but not so great at 1280 even when the quality is at 100, would this be able to make it in?
