Honestly, whilst an interesting aircraft at SIN, that shot looks to me unsalvagable. Suggest that you write it off and move on!

If you really wanted to try, (and don't trust me- I'm a novice) I'd say go into PaintShopPro and run the Median filter to get rid of the noise. If that's too much, try the edge preserving smooth, both under the 'noise' selection in the 'effects' drop down. If it comes out too noise reduced, try 'sharpening' it and running the 'edge preserving smooth' again. As for the lighting, I haven't found a way to fix blacklit photos yet. But that's just my suggestion- I'm still learning PSP, but I'm sure there's a lot of other people here that know more than I do that could help you.

      Cheers!

Sure thing Airbus330Fan- it was a really nice shot- if it wasn't blacklit it would have been fixable and perfect. Oh well- keep on trying!
