  • Backlit and High or low contrast helps.

I recently sent a photo, on the first attempt I received it because it was dark, and on the second, backlit and with too much or too little contrast, I messed around a bit with the editing and I don't really know how I can go about solving this, can anyone help me?

I'm a beginner and I only have one photo approved, with it I had more or less a notion of a photo on the ground... help me please, you don't have to act mean, my English is not good.

This one has no chance to be accepted on JP as it's fully backlit and there's nothing you can do about it.
Also note the belly of an aircraft is rarely an appealing angle. Try to focus on simple goals, plane on the ground, sun on your back. Try to look for good light moments, avoid cloudy or too hot days.

    Regards
    Alex

Thanks Alex, thanks a lot for the tips and for letting me know it's not good, I'll be on my guard next time. I'm a big fan of yours!

(SampaPhotos) - prescreening request / editing advice

Could anyone help me with this? I want to know if this color, contrast lighting and etc are good... I know that the photo has noise and is soft too, but I know how to correct this, I would like to know more even as I said, about colors/lighting/contrast and also if this clipping is good (4:3/3:2).

You'll need to post the actual images you plan to upload. None of these can be uploaded due to their size.

Hello everybody! good morning! Well, I would like to ask for help and ask about some noise in the photo that I've seen in several JetPhotos photos, but I'm still afraid of rejecting it for some reason, it only appears when I compress the photo at 1280px, at 1600 a little, and at 1920px none. But as I still only have 7 photos, I need to send them in 1280px and I would like to know if this interferes with anything, and how to solve it if there is a solution, or if I can send them like this

Example (ignore the cmos dust and others):

It can be seen that there is little noise in the shadow areas, does this interfere? Even in the sky, I remove the noise in RAW, but it continues to appear anyway, can I get reject for that? Remembering that it only occurs when I compress the photo to 1280px

Noise shouldn't be an issue for this image.

It would be really nice if you actually bothered to read the link THOROUGHLY, as requested:

As there seem to be some unwritten rules that are missed by newer users, here are a few suggestions for when you would like editing advice/prescreening from the crew: If asking for prescreening/editing advice, please title your thread "(username) - prescreening request / editing advice" Prescreening is offered

If you can't be bothered to make that effort, not going to bother replying to your requests.

Ok, I apologize, I'm not a native speaker and my English is bad, without it being a language I don't understand I have to translate everything and it's confusing for me. It was stupid of me, but I don't know if I need to leave the title as it is, because there's no way to change the title of the topic, and I don't know if it's because the images were in the queue, probably yes. Sorry again sir. I'm making you waste your time for silly mistakes.

And I've already realized that I should do it the same way I've done it before here in the same already created topic that I sent a request to before.

Tells me you're still not even trying to read (translate) the requests ->

                      2. Prescreening is offered only for images not in the queue currently. Please ask for advice/prescreening before submitting the images to the queue

Noisy, harsh contrast, and somewhat soft (second).

Hello good afternoon! Ignore any other errors in the photo, I would just like to know if this type of darkening would be given a halo reject? (overprocessed).
