Prescreening + hot photo or not? LN-FGJ - CPH - 29/5/23

Only pictures I can find of this plane has a white tail, but I spottet it today in Copenhagen with paint on the tail, is this then considered a hot photo?

If no other images in this scheme, then yes hot, but image is soft.

Hello : ) I went spotting at Copenhagen Airport this weekend, and spottet with some great conditions. Throughout the day heathaze became more prominent, but I find these pictures haven't suffered from heathaze.. Please leave your opinion on the pictures bellow. If you notice other things than just heathaze, please let me know
