Hi! Is this an acceptable motive for a spotting location picture? And if yes, is the aircraft being out of focus an issue? Thanks!

Hi! I'm confused about a similar photo situation. I have these two photos of the same reg and at the same airport currently in the database. I had the first filed image in the database before as well, but I deleted it to submit the second filed image when uploading the latter for the second time: it got rejected at first due to being similar to that first filed image only (I had forgotten to delete it). However, the second rejection did not have any photo linked in its remarks and according to the appeal, you can only have two images of the same reg during the same phase of flight. However, I did not find that rule in the guidelines and this is the first time I have encountered this issue (I had the first three photos of the plane landing at different angles in the database before, and the first one is the exact same angle). I would like to understand this situation, thank you for your help!
