Honestly, this should have been rejected for blurry/oversharpened as well. Maybe you should try a different image, the quality's not really there for this one.

Little. But more so than a pure contrast issue, the image looks flat from bad processing, maybe shadows got brightened too much, or the image was overexposed and lost detail when you brought the exposure down. Evidenced by things like the noticeable tail halos

Still obviously blurry. Don't think you'll be able to hide that with lower resolutions.

Poor contrast due to overcast light. Editing halos everywhere.
