Where is this blurry? I think the 1024px hides any form of blurriness pretty well, and I ran it through topaz. The reg may appear blurry but it is a 3D effect with the font
    Tail is blurry.

    1. oversharpened, contrast
    2. borderline blurry
    3. ok for me
    4. soft, backlit

Still too little? Do you think it has a chance of being fixable given the rarity of a civil uh-60a still in the military paint? Or is it worth to appeal this reject?
I think you misunderstood - poor contrast due to cloudiness/hazy light is not usually something you can fix by simply adding or subtracting contrast. Since it's an aesthetic thing, there's not a specific way to technically correct it. You can try adjustments, but I can't say "add/remove this much contrast to get it accepted".

Could you please clarify if this is to much or little contrast? And I'm guessing the White balance is a bit to yellow?
Yellow tint. Poor contrast due to hazy/overcast conditions.

Thanks to the screener for explaining the bad post processing part, but you could let me know if it is too much or too little contrast?
    Thank you
Contrast too harsh and too much noise reduction. Should also be soft/blurry.
