    Yes. Either crop tighter or leave the whole wing in.

          Okay, I think I have fixed the light and contrast. Plus I have sharpened the shot. Is this acceptable now?

            Tail still noticeably soft. Contrast borderline at best. My guess is the tail is not actually in focus, which you can't really 'fix' with more sharpening.

                If my guess is correct, then probably not much you can do. If I'm wrong, a significantly better edit might be acceptable.

                      Yes. Somewhat oversharpened in spots now, and contrast still poor.
