  • Tyler/ Prescreening/ Editing Advice for Spotting Location

    Hello Everyone,

I have been working hard to get a photo accepted to JP for the past few months and would like to know if this photo would be accepted as a spotting location.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Not a screener by any stretch of the imagination, but the AC looks slightly dark to me.

Not a screener but aircraft image looks like it has a dust spot in the top left and the airframe definitely looks dark.

I'm not good when it comes to the location photo, I'll let someone else answer that one. Best regards

Spotting location: Dark and bad motive. The chairs are obstructing and distracting.
The AC Max: Wont be accepted as backlit (you can see the shadow of the tail on the ground so the sun is in front of you when it should be behind you) and bad contrast (lacking dark tones). I think I can see a halo around the tail also, so over-processed.

You will only be able to get images accepted from the dirt mound north side of 26R/08L if they are taken ~ May-August. Any other time of the year they will be backlit.

Backlit/poor contrast, among other issues. No chance, sorry.

As I said, anything from the north side of 26R/08L will need to be taken between May-August, from 6-9am or 730-9pm only. Anything else will be backlit and have pretty much zero chance of being accepted.

Hello, Could I have some advice on this shot. Would it be considered as cut-off?

                              Thanks
