The reason I'm asking for your advice is because I see conflicting verticals. The fence, yellow poles and the chimney all look level and they are in the middle. Do you think an appeal would have a chance? Thanks
Needs a little CW rotation. buildings are leaning, poles are less reliable.

I'm wondering if my new edit is better and acceptable? Thanks
Looks quite badly heat hazed. If not, would need a significantly better edit.

I don't understand it because all the verticals look level and with the horizon filter it all looks fine. Would an appeal be successful?
    It would not.

I don't really see the unlevel horizon other than the fence. But the fence has conflicting verticals so it's hard to tell.
For the softness, I can't really see softness and if I sharpen it any more it looks oversharpened.
    Thank you!
