Lower resolution, remove what I assume is either dehaze or highlights/shadows lower exposure and sharpness

Heat hazed photo has almost no way to be recovered even by lowering its photo resolution to the smallest possible. Better to keep it for your own personal gallery/collection rather than submitting and then getting a rejection for a "heat hazed" photo. Just my opinion
