There will be no prescreening for images that can't actually be uploaded.

Don't do whatever is causing the halos.

If you use Sliders such as clarity, Texture, Shadows, Highlights, it can cause halos when you edit and process the photos. Also, if you are using a Nikon, make sure to turn off Active-D Lighting, as that can also cause halos to appear as well.
