The DR-400 was rejected because it was soft (a bit unexepted) and for cropping issues, any tips on how to fix the image without having dead spaces?

Before I give up on this one, do you think it has a chance of getting accepted on the Database (even if I edit it multiple times to fix the issues, and maybe some other ones?)
