  • Aircraft not centered in frame.

    Hi there!

I need some help with this one:

JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

The reason it's cropped like this is that I don't want to have any part of the window cut off...

Should I appeal? If not how do you guys think I should crop this image?

    Another thing...

JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

Rejected due to "Bad Cropping". Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Huh? What window?

Send me the originals of both to [email protected].

    I'll play around with it.

Image 1: Don't know about bad cropping but there's a very distracting V shaped blur in the foreground, as if something came into shot quite close and is out of focus.

Image 2: The image I think has too much dead space around the two 737s. Try cropping tighter onto the aircraft.

          Hope that helps,

          Rez

Shot #1, the plane as a whole is in the center, just not the fuselage.

Shot #2, both planes are fairly large and in good focus. The background is pleasing.

I disagree with both rejections. I'd appeal and maybe you'll luck out with a different screener.

IMHO, I agree with PT737SWA. I like both shots . I would appeal and see what happens.
