Hi id like to know if the traffic cone is counted as obstruction. Im not sure but i have seen some pictures with one traffic cone covering a wheel accepted.

Yeah, unfortunately. True or not, looks like it might have been possible to find an angle where it was not blocking as much.

Well Its the only angle with hole in the fence. Otherwise will get quite strong vignette
