Yes, this would be rejected for soft and contrast.

With the contrast, I always stuck it says too much or too little. Possibly I have already try many times. I can show you my photos with no edit and photoshop. WIth the Photoshop contrast, how possibly the best number of percentage. Thank you

This is not an editing problem, this is a shooting in filtered/hazy light problem.

              Soft, centering, borderline overexposed.

Contrast isn't necessarily about the "contrast" slider in Photoshop. It can range from poor lighting conditions, in this case an overcast sky without direct sunlight - or it could be that the blacks/whites in an image are washed out. Usually the only way to fix these rejects is shooting on a sunnier day.

I have fix it yet and I need feedback for the previous image
                    1. Bordeline overexposed: Is it still over exposed or maybe too dark ?
                    2. Centering image/object: Is it center or still remain same as before that I upload?
                    3. Contrasting: Is fine?
                    4. Soft: ??

If the original image is actually sharp, then a better edit. If not, it might not be fixable.

Okayy. Here is my original image, however, what I need to edit is the detail in Photoshop? The luminance also need it or not?

I highly doubt that is the 'original' image.

The earlier one was not the original, but this one is at least closer to it. And it is extremely soft. Don't think editing will help here, you'll need to work on getting sharper images out of the camera.
