    I don't know why this image has been rejected as 'Too much or too little contrast', Can someone explain it to me please?
    This image was shot at the same day and that's the aircraft depart after the United 787: 9V-SFI | Boeing 747-412F(SCD) | Singapore Airlines Cargo | Landing HKG | JetPhotos which has accepted​

    Hi everyone,

    Again, i had a photo has been rejected as soft and wrong categories. For the soft, i was disagreeing because i have done extra sharpening and it was quite sharp for me and for the wrong categories i'm sure i didn't tick the 'Special livery' option but this is not special livery because all China Southen B787 has the same kind of livery, therefore is not special livery. So could someone provide some advice how to address this submission?

    Not a screener but, if you look at the winglet or the underwing-reg of the plane for example you can them being blurred.

    Incase of the linked photo of ZK-MZA, for me it seems like the focus plane is not quite on the planes body, so not fixable by sharpening.

    Recently i have another image has been rejected and the reason is Undersharpened (soft) although it appears clear and sharp for me because i uploaded my image in 1280px. Could anyone provide some advice on how to address this?

    Accepted one is fine. Rejected one is not really soft. If anything there are signs of slight oversharpening/compression.

    Also i've compared to my other photo submission, this photo https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/11481076 was much softer than my rejected ones but it was accepted? Can someone tell me how Jetphotos define Soft Image because i'm very confused
