    Good day JP Team/Forum users;

    Would like some input on these images as to why they were rejected.
    Thanks.

    1: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=11782940 (how do i fix sharpening for a 1280px image? same angle was uploaded by another user recently; same day)
    2: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=11788168 (for this, how did i get a bad info?)
    3: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=11783470

    My apologies if I am asking the same questions from a rejected request. I did not get the email of the results back on my JP account, so this is why i have to ask here. Thanks!

    First two are quite soft (also overprocessed on #1), but if the originals are not, then probably just editing issue. Info looks ok on the second, might have been a bug.

      Hi dlowwa,

      Thanks for taking the time to reply. I would like to ask on how i can fix the soft issue, do I need to sharpen even more than what I have now? I have both the MBL and SWM uploaded at 2160px on planespotters and the details are perfectly fine.. so do i need to sharpen more to fix it for 1280px?

      And for the MBL shot, could you elaborate on what made it overprocessed? Thank you.

        Yes, will need more sharpening.

        Editing artifacts visible, though the compression makes it hard to tell at that resolution.

          As most of you have probably noticed, the forums have been buggy the past ~week or so, first being slow to load, and now not allowing images to be directly attached to posts. We have made the issues known to FR24, but so far they have obviously not fixed the problems. As such, I would like to request that you refrain from

              Good day;
              Can i ask for rejection advice on this? https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=12302381
              Understand that it was uploaded as Hot Photo-will this be considered as Invalid Hot due to the insig change if i sharpen and reupload?
              Thanks.

                Not sure what you are asking about it being hot. Sharpening will not fix this, it's blurry.

                  I was wondering if the photo would be rejected for invalid hot anyway as the livery change was very insignificant (I.e. the plane only had its asiana logo removed,) therefore not justifying the hot.

                    If it's a permanent change, hot. If it's a temporary change (sticker fell off, etc.) not hot.

                        just to clarify, if an aircraft gets returned from lease and it is the First photo of the aircraft into a new livery of the airline (i.e. the livery has not been seen before on this particular aircraft on jetphotos), is it considered a hot photo? thanks!

                            Hello, would like to request on how I can edit this better

                            Don't understand the undersharpened part. For blur, how do you guys tell it is blur? Blur can't be fixed in this scenario right?

                            How do you tell the horizon in this one? there are no vertical structures to determine in the background

                              Correct. Best to choose another image. Horizon I can't really tell other than looks like it's sloping a bit right.
