787 back light or not?

Hi i have a question about 787 photo. Can you tell me this is backl light or not and what i need to do with this photo to accept?

There is no backlit here but due to weather conditions contrast is very poor, unfortunately there is nothing you can do here to get this pic accepted...

This photo have heat haze ? and should I change somthing ?

I'm not a screener but imo this pic looks good . There is not much visible heat waves other than one from engines which should be acceptable
