Just to point out that i am not a screener, so anything i say might be disagreed on.
    For me
    1. Soft, borderline dark
2.borderline soft/soft, horizon might be a little unlevel, i also think the contrast is a bit off

I've put numbers to indicate pictures, 1. Is the golden hour shot, and 2. Is I77IBK I believe

Should I add or subtract contrast?

Sorry about that, the contrast seems good.

                  How can I fix overprocessing?

Don't do whatever is causing the halos.

Appreciate it, does this look any better?

Not a screener but the halos don't seem like too big an issue. Centering still seems like an issue though, aircraft needs to be higher in frame. The distance between the top of the frame and the top of the bare fuselage (excluding control surfaces, stabilizers, gears etc., a "cylinder" if you will) should be equal to that between the bottom of the frame and the bottom of the bare fuselage.

Worse, in fact. Horizon, centering, dirty/overprocessed. Bad edit of sky left side.
