First of all you're at the wrong spotting location at that time of day. the sun is in front of you and so the aircraft is backlit. you would want to be on the south side by the threshold of 23L where you walk up from the hotel to get the best shots at EGCC. The aircraft are also blury or out of focus/unsharpened. The tail of the Loganair is cropped off which will result in a crop rejection, and both photos could do with better centering. you've left a good distance between the edge of the photo frame and the nose on both photos but the tails are really close on the RHS of the photo.
