I wondered if the picture could be accepted, the registration isn't really visible. I edited it a bit but not for JP requirements.

That being said, this image is quite noisy and probably soft.

Soft/heat hazed/noisy/compression. No chance.

Tried a new sharpening method my friend also uses. hope it works
