Continuous Rejections

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this screeners?
https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=12120558 this HOT photo costed me 10-11 slots and 2 deleted photos from queue. Everytime it's says undersharpened or oversharpened or noise, and everytime I'm changing the sharpness and denoise for not more than +10 digits, imagine, undersharpened photo, which sharpness is changed by +2 on lightroom says that now it's oversharpened, like are you serious? And also it says bad info, when the airline is not added in the list, but the form for new airline filled and still in queue, I tried Untitled, first he was okay with it, then he decided for himself that it's also bad info about airline, then I tried Various, Private, Unknown types of airlines and even added Airline info in the remarks for screener, but still no chance... So do you really think it's normal? I don't really want to even appeal, because I know the answer will be no. First of all it's almost imposible to get maximum quality with your 1280x1920 size, people are getting as much quality as it's possible from it and It's still not ok for you after making them wait for 17-20 days. Everytime I'm getting more and more dissapointed from JP because of a screeners like this and don't tell me that I can go from JP to another platform, I know what I can do, but If I'm still here, it means for some reason I prefer this platform instead of anothers, but unfortunately the sreeners like this are dissapointing people every day, making them to leave this website at all...Review your screening and screeners

First of all - if airline is not in the database - what's the point of adding the photo with incorrect operator multiple times?
Is it so important to get this pic accepted as hot for you?
Just wait till it's added by administrators (note - we don't work here 24/7, sometimes it takes some time to process every request).
Also - looking at the photo itself - it may be difficult to process it properly at it seems that the original photo is soft. So even after resizing/sharpening etc it still will be soft (or oversharpend if you use too much sharpening tool on very soft photo).

Because screeners and database editors are not the same persons... simple as that.

Sharpening looks acceptable to me on the rejection above but you always need to wait until an airline is accepted in the database before uploading the image in question.

That's why this site needs AI to control excessive likes and reduce the 20-day queue, which is an insult to those who dedicate themselves to contributing. And with all due respect, it's time for screeners to come up with a unique concept. We have here: people in cosplay, people with their backs turned, and I wonder if it's really a database site or not.

This is my honest opinion and that of many friends.

Unfortunately it's hard to reduce the queue when we screen the same photo 10 times in one day because people treat the hot queue as prescreening, when everyone tries to jump the queue (and appeals the inevitable invalid hot) because some random GA plane now says SAE in size 16 font above the door, when people have multiple accounts and share photos, etc.

Well, with 20 years of experience in General Aviation in Brazil, I can say that a good portion of airplanes are drastically changing their paint jobs, prefixes, etc.

The issue of multiple accounts can be considered two factors: lack of reading of the guideline or a malicious person. I personally think that to like a photo there should be a captcha beforehand.

I say this for the good of the site.

Not talking about drastic changes though, those are ok, the issue is people trying to find the slightest change to jump the queue. SAE added, SAE removed, prop spinner now white, there's a small Cessna sticker on the cowling now, etc etc.

My upload has been disabled due to reaching my queue limit. Howeve, in my photo administration, it says that I have no queued photos, but that I have 5 rejected photos. How long will my upload be disabled or have I been banned from the site?
