  • npphotoma - Prescreen request / editing advice

    Hello,
I'll be the first to admit that I overedit my photos for JetPhotos standards. I am trying my best to get out of this habit if I want to get more of my shots on here. So here goes...
I caught a brand new 737-8 MAX today and wanted to get it up on JP. Got rejected twice, mostly due to overprocessing / bad processing. The most recent one, which is the "closest" to the edit uploaded below: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=12137615

I would like some advice on my most recent edit, and see if its acceptable before putting it in the queue.

I’m no screene Magee but parts of the aircraft look a bit dark and could cause a contrast rejection

      Front fuselage looks pretty dark.

The front of the fuselage looks too dark, and the contrast looks too harsh

Don't want to push it too much, but I did bump it up a bit.

Borderline soft/compression. Exposure should be ok.

I think I toned down the compression and soft issue. Thoughts?

Just to add, I did also lessen the crop a bit, personally didn't like how tight it was.
