I can’t get my photos submitted (I’m on mobile/phone) why is it so hard to submit 1 photo?

Yep, it says it’s too big and the cropping is small I’m on mobile (phone) so I used a converter app to convert the photos to jpg

Do you have the right resolution of 1280px and your file doesn't exceed the size limit?

Pictures taken and edited on a phone only will most probably not have the quality expected on this website anyway. If you are able to edit and submit them from a PC or Laptop you will get better results on both the edit and the submission.

If there is absolutely no way to do it on a laptop/PC and with a proper camera, take your photos close up with the cameras maximum resolution. An Iphone 11-onwards will provide the best results. Edit your photos on adobe lightroom and if you search Image "Resizer", it's the first website that comes up. You will be able to resize and export your image in the correct size and format. I also use a mobile phone to edit and upload but i use a proper camera to take photos. Good luck to ya.
