Rejected for "Bad Info"

For the past two days I have uploaded a few photos and they were all rejected for : Bad Info(Aircraft, Airline, Registration, etc).

I do not know what is missing or wrong in the submission, it started only since the past few days. Maybe the screener could tell me what he found to be wrong.

you probably did not tick the correct boxes at the bottom of the upload page. (helicopter)

Thanks for the reply Philip but I did checked the box for Helicopter.
Look at the message of cHabu above mine same problem and no answer also.

The tail of C-GHXD reads MD520N...unless my eyes are tricking me...

Also be aware that I have sent you a lot of notes asking you to use a location in the JetPhotos format, which you have ignored.

The format should read 'Trois-Rivières - CYRQ'. Thanks.

Thanks AJ now I understand and will make the corrections for the location. By the way I did not see and maybe not received the notes about that, but thanks anyway for the reply.
