Sorry, even in the summer I have never seen a green sky...
Sometimes maybe a slight red cast, but not green. I'm seeing this on two different monitors.
Why not just quickly adjust the color cast?

Oh I've seen a green sky, around tornadic weather, but that wasn't the case here. I'll adjust it if it gets rejected a third time. I submitted it last night.
Will, you did an excellent job of correcting the colors and touching that up...a quick mask/blur of the sky to remove what little grain there is would make it perfect!
