Do you think this would be acceptable for the database? I like the vapor off the flaps but the raindrops are kind of distracting and it's kind of dark.

Kinda dark... I would try to brigheten it a bit. But that would blow out the vapor trails somewhat...

I think its acceptable because its got all these factors which I like , I dont know of the screeners.Why dont you send me the origianl , I got some secrets up my sleeve I might use there

i just worked on the non-original posted above, aircraft is probably still too dark though and oversharpened by accident.

To be honest u20, I like your second attempt.

I think the rain gives the whole shot a lot of atmosphere.
Depending on the quality of the 1024 sized version I would be happy to add that shot.

With common subjects it's always nice to see something different, I would look favourably on that shot.

Scott, love the MYT DC10 as well, if you can brighten and sharpen that one again I would happily add that to the database.

Bad weather photography is hard to do, but the results can be spectacular when it's pulled off.

thanks atco, as i said i was just working with the non-original picture posted above, and although i like the 2nd attempt the quality didnt come out good.
