Can anyone explain the advantages of shooting in RAW my camera has the option but is there any specific advantage? Cheers

If you have PS CS, why bother getting Capture One?
CS RAW handling process:
- Open a RAW-file,
- play with the sliders until you like the result,
- press OK.
Easy as that....

What camera are you shooting the RAW with? There is a program called Capture 1 and it's better than PS CS for RAW conversion.

Hy guys, i,ve started shooting in RAW, but now i need some advise in the picture processing.
I have Photoshop CS what should be the steps to take?
Or does anyone knows a good tutorial for that?
