    the screener said, "Too Much JPEG Compression". What does that mean?

      It means that you compressed the pic too much.

      Try with a larger file size.

      The pic looks grainy to me.

        Look in your Adobe Photoshop 7.0 manual under "Saving as JPG".

          It means when you savde the image you lowered the quality to much. After editing, when saving in JPEG, you should get a quality slider.

          I always save mine at 100%, In other photo editing programes you get a slider with options 1-12, where 12 is the highest. Saving it to low causes the image to become blotchy.
