Too much JPEG compression??!?

Am I missing something? Practically all of my latest uploads were "Too much JPEG compression". I saved them with level 12 in PS. If there is any compression it must be because of the uploading script that shrunk down the photos from 350K to 100K.

There were also another couple of rejections that only showed up in the e-mail (not in the Members section). But when I click the link, it says "No image matches the ID" or something like that...

Thanks to whoever accepted the appeals. Things have been resolved.
