    Paint Shop VS. Photo Shop

    hey all.... I noticed that theres about an average of 300kb in file size from the highets save settings in paint shop form photoshop..... does this mean the quality of the photoshop photo is better???? I used the same settings, altho they probably arent compareable, and ended up with 2 pretty diffrent images, with the photoshop one being bigger and better..... ( same resoloution of corse!!!) so is photoshop that much better? or is it on par with paint????? Photoshop 7.0 vs Paint shop Pro 7....
