Is this one too high in the frame?

Yeah it looks too high to me, way to much dead space at the bottom. I would suggest that you don't consider the nose gear when you are looking at it to center it, because that places the fuselage, the main subject of the photo, distractingly high. What you need to do is have the center of the fuselage (vertically) centered in the frame.

Just re-center it and IMO it should be accepted, cuz otherwise I think its a very nice photo.

Yep...too high IMHO. I would try to center the windows somewhat across the center of the frame and you should be ok
