The auto fill said this was an Airbus A300B4-605R but other pics have it as an Airbus A300B4-622R. I already had one pic accepted of this as a 605R
Which one is it and do I need to change my accepted pic's details?

OK, JA8574 is definitely an Airbus A300B4-622R. I guess, the auto-fill gives a -605R, because the pics in db have just recently been corrected and the auto-fill still has to be corrected. You will notice, that the pic in the db, you are linking to, is already corrected to -622R.
So, in summary, pls reupload again, check the a/c type and don't worry about the pics in the db.
