As for the pic:
1.) There is something wrong with the main landing gears. The have completely different colours. Hence the contrast and the overprocessed rejection. Whis is also written in the screeners remark in your e-Mail.
2.) Should be special scheme

Your rejected photo lacks both contrast and brightness. In photoshop, open your levels pallette (Ctrl+L) and move the right and left sliders to the ends of the slope.

I would like to have your opinion on these 2 photos before I try to up-load it.

The sky in the first one is completely washed out which will guarantee you an overexposed rejection. Same thing applies to number 2, though I can see this one make its way into the db.

Hi Ben, well all the shots above are a little dark with too much contrast. You also have a dirty sensor as there are lots of spots visable. You sharpening looks a little aggressive and I would suggest using a smaller radius.

It might sound bad but there should be nothing there that can not be fixed.

Quick one to the Screeners: Will this get canned for foreground clutter? I personally few there’s nothing of note that’s been blocked by the starter cart(?) but thought I’d ask…thanks!

For mine the ground power cart is okay in the shot, however there might be some problems with some slight overexposure on the folded left wing.

Your comment on the photo should also say VAQ-131 not VAW-131. Probably wouldn't be cause for rejection, but I thought it would help.
