Regarding the above question: I'm no expert and probably have some different views as to what's acceptable and what's not. I think the photo is backlit but in the truest sense of the word: from behind and not laterally backlit. I personally think the photo is interesting enough to be acceptable - but what do I know. Anyone else?
Ok, but I have another question I'd like to ask before wasting space in the Q. In the link below (Yes, sorry, it's from another aviation site), there are four photos of a Mexicana aircraft passing overhead. One of the photos is already in the db. My question is does anybody think any of the others are different enough not be rejected as 'Similar Upload'? Thanks for any ideas...

It is hard to say, because the picture format is rather small (pic should be at least 800x600). Apart from that, it is too low in the frame. Also, the colours are a bit too much saturated for my taste, though I would not reject it for that.
