I would work more on the 2nd one, the first one looks more blurry and undersharpened -
I would say that both are pretty sketchy as far as acceptance for the DB. Both have parts of the image that are blurry, and both have alot of noise, which makes them pretty hard to sharpen.
Heres my quick attempt at them....not much improvement
