Leveling a shot

What is the tool i use in CS2 to level a shot i was shown once but for the life of me i can't remember

You can either rotate the image by degrees ( Edit > Rotate Canvas > Arbitrary) and then plug in your degrees of rotation either counter clockwise or clockwise....or you could select the entire image then use Transform/Free transform (Edit > Transform or Free Transform) then click on one corner of the selected image and rotate it to level.
