Reject Noise/Grain

I had this rejected but on my monitor i cannot see any noise or grain can someone point it out for me plz

Hey

I see nosie/grain in the sky, and on the grey part's of the buildings. Also in the shadow of the aircraft's wing.

Yes the grain is all over the picture really. I see your ISO was 200 and you used EV -0.7, so that might be a combination that lead to it being so noisy. I'd say try the original and be a little more careful with sharpening as well. Did you sharpen the sky?
