Had this rejected, should I appeal, there are other similar photos in the database.

Or is that why it was rejected, because there are similar ones uploaded?

my guess is the fence is blocking the wheels.

It's the fence, just covering a little too much of the gear.

And it also looked like the motive of the shot was a bit in doubt. Were you trying to show the plane? or were you trying to show the viewing area? or Were you trying to show both? Because the plane is framed 100% it appears as though it was the plane, and unfortunately theres a bit too much clutter blocking the plane.
