If all the above is correct ..... how did these pass the screening ???

Obviously same photographer, same aircraft, same date but two different locations it was photographed during the timespan of the same approach .....!!

Please note that the 5852218 was taken from a dfferent location the the other two !
Impossible for the photographer to be on both locations unless he was flying at the
same speed as this aircraft .....

Yes I did and I also asked who ever is admin before that ...
Before that I did asked questions about similar uploads and if
one is allowed to load up pictures in their name which were
not taken by them ... see other threads before this ...

Up to now no reactions of admin .... on the whole issue ...

What is the point of this?? After several conversations with me you have had an answer regarding the above. It is fair to say that I am rather annoyed that you have taken this approach. If you are intent on trying to cause trouble do it somewhere else.

What does give you the right to pull out phtos by another photographer and attack him openly in here ?

These are pictures of the same aircraft on the same date, same approach taken with seconds interval ! So as I said before I took the bull by the horns and was expecting to be burned ! I think there should be an explanation of both questions !

1) Are these similar photos ?
2) What sanction is there if you phublish photos that are not yours ?

I think that these are valid questions under the right thread with a valid sample !

Not really! Besides of asking about 3 presumably similar photos, you are acusing a photographer of uploading photos he didn't take himself. You are acusing the admins of not replying to your gazillions of whining mails.

2. It depends on the individual case. In that case it is one of the few cases in which we my grant en exception from the rule, something which was also granted to me before I became a screener.

Robby at least when i had my moaing session the other week i didnt publicly name anyone it a bit out of order naming a photog publicly
