We have our reasons for allowing the shots to stay as they are -- reasons which are, quite frankly, none of your business. I'm not sure why you feel that this issue (and so many others you bring up on a regular basis) have anything to do with you at all.

Yes I did and I also asked who ever is admin before that ...
Before that I did asked questions about similar uploads and if
one is allowed to load up pictures in their name which were
not taken by them ... see other threads before this ...

Up to now no reactions of admin .... on the whole issue ...

I am Admin and I responded. I understand you have sent multiple emails but I would imagine that dues to the tight spamming restrictions on my inbox they have been discarded.

In addition I am splitting this thread from the original one as hijacking someone else's thread is downright rude.

OK - I made a similar thread a few days ago. Looking back at it now (after a screener pointed it out) I can see that i've made a mistake, and shouldn't have appealed. I was a little upset that my shot got rejected, yeah, and maybe I shouldn't have been. But after seeing a photographer get 5 shots on of the same aircraft, same date but just different angles. I was a little peed of, but I didn't go out linking the pictures did I? Because that would be disrespectful to the Photographer...

Saying that though, I don't see why you have to publicly name them... Corsair A330's seem rather rare in SXM and it's a nice change to view shots that aren't of American, KLM and Air France.

At the end of the day if the screeners reject your shot then all you can do is appeal and ask on here. If they say it's not upto DB standards then it's one for the personal collection. If you want it on a site then there's others you can use like MyAviation, Planepictures etc...

1) Are these similar Photos or not ?
They are taken with seconds interval of one aircraft, same day, same approach !
2) What is the sanction on uploading some ones else picture under your name.

Pictures published on JP are public ! as anyone also other sites and persons can make links to them and some of us are proud that it's done ! If not the case just let me know !

2. It depends on the individual case. In that case it is one of the few cases in which we my grant en exception from the rule, something which was also granted to me before I became a screener.
