Sunrise shots- Artistic or just Backlit?

There may be a touch of lens flare on the second shot.

2nd and 3rd have decent chance with correct editing (horizon and stuff)

Correct categoreis are wingview+nightshot and not artistic.

And yes we would expect the registration.

I managed to snap a few early morning wingshots on my way to EWR, and I wanna see if you guys think that they are artistic or just plain backlit.

And by the way- if they are decent, would they be accepted without a registration, or alternatively, does anyone know how to obtain it's registration?
