Help with this nightshot

Guys,
I managed this shot:

Obviously, since this is a wing view taken from the cockpit of a Cessna 206 at 1,500 feet, at night, I had to use a high ISO in order to have a slight chance of actuall shooting something recognisable.

It was rejected for grain, so I'm trying to clean it up a little.

Any ideas?

even if you cleaned up the grain, it looks a tad blurry(look at the bottom right)

I'm no good at night shots so I'll let the others post what should be done. Not sure this one can be saved...

You canot really have all the parts sharp. Simply remember that this is handheld on a plane buffeting at low level. That's why this shot means so much to me!

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is a way to bring this photo up to db standards: too much grain, too blurry.

I'll give you ten out of ten for effort. There is not that many photographers out there that would have considered a night shot from a Cessna 206.
