    1st pic -

    - Undersharpened (Soft)
    - Window Glare / Dirt
    - Bad Info in the following field(s): Serial Number/CN

Deffinatly soft, I presume you haven't sharpened it atall? For the window glare just look at the winglet, it's all visible round there aswell as the bottom of the picture. The CN should be 34593.

    2nd pic -

    - Blurry
    - Window Glare / Dirt
    - Bad Info in the following field(s): Serial Number/CN
    - Bad quality

You've got the window in focus more than the winglet, and if your taking a picture of a wing then it needs to be in focus. Window glare is the same as the 1st pic. Again, CN should be 34593.

    Just my opinion...

I would hazard a guess about these two:

      Rejected for:

      - Undersharpened (Soft)
      - Window Glare / Dirt
      - Bad Info in the following field(s): Serial Number/CN

      Rejected for:

      - Blurry
      - Window Glare / Dirt
      - Bad Info in the following field(s): Serial Number/CN
      - Bad quality

I am sure you can read the rejection reasons on the link in the rejection e-mail.........

Look at photos that have been accepted, then look at your photos. Should be able to figure it out from there.

Or you can just look at the rejection reasons that were listed with the photos and have been reposted here twice.

Oh dear, i'm very suprised you attempted to upload the second photo at all.

Uploading a shot that is not even in focus let alone edited properly and uploaded properly is a blatant waste of the screening teams time.

Please self screen your own photos before you upload them.
