Backlit Photo - uploadable.

What circumstances permit uploading of backlit shots to the db?
Would a larger version of this pic stand a chance in screening or be immediately rejected for backlit?
Would I need to tick the artistic category?

I'm with Dan here. The photo looks rather dark and lacks contrast IMO. The backlight doesn't add very much to the photo.
