Resize before upload?

My camera shoots images at 2272x1712. I use Photoshop 7.0 to edit. Should I resize them down before I upload or let the JP.net software do it. Goal of course being the best in terms of quality.

You should resize them yourself. You'll probably find they need a little sharpening after the resize.

Resize them in PS. The jp.net server makes alot of JPEG compression, adds noise, and takes away quality. Photoshop re-sizes much better than the server!
