Photo process/upload problem

Having finally learned how to shoot in RAW and process photos (or so I thought).
I shot in RAW, converted to TIF using Capture One, opened in Photoshop CS2, processed and saved as JPEG.
When I tried to upload photo into JP, I got the following error message:

Warning: copy(/home/jetphotos/public_html/images/img2/_/_MG_4468.jpg.54551.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jetphotos/public_html/addphotos/upload_photo.php on line 365

Anyone have any ideas as to where I am going wrong?

I cannot understand how i have managed to save the file as a jpeg twice?

Me niether lol... I usually put the filenames like this -

GPIDS_752_03MAR07_EGCC

If you have it like 4468jpg it should upload ok...

I will try to re-name the original file, see if that does it.
